We are delighted to welcome PersonalEYES to the Altura Health community, with its hospital and 11 clinics now live with FYDO and Preadmit following a full data migration.
Providing specialist eye care across NSW and the ACT, PersonalEYES offers a broad range of services, including laser vision correction, cataract surgery and treatment for glaucoma and retinal conditions. Its focus on personalised care supports patients at every stage of their eye health journey.
Moving an established hospital and clinic network to a new system is a significant undertaking. This rollout brought together a full data migration, preparation and training, with the PersonalEYES and Altura teams working closely towards go-live.
FYDO, Altura Health’s Patient Administration System, will support day-to-day administration, including bookings, billing and reporting. Alongside it, the Preadmit Digital Patient Portal allows patients to complete their pre-admission information online, helping reduce manual data entry and supporting a more connected admission process.
For a group of this scale, the transition marks an exciting milestone, bringing hospital and clinic administration together with digital pre-admission.
