Located in the heart of Crows Nest on Sydney's Lower North Shore, Northern Sydney Eye Hospital is a purpose-built ophthalmic day hospital dedicated exclusively to eye surgery. Designed to support advanced ophthalmic procedures, the facility combines specialist surgical expertise, modern technology and a patient-centred approach to care.
The hospital has been developed to support a broad range of ophthalmic procedures, including cataract, glaucoma, vitreoretinal and oculoplastic surgery. With specialist theatre teams, advanced surgical technology and a strong focus on patient comfort, Northern Sydney Eye Hospital aims to provide a seamless experience from admission through to discharge.
As a newly opened hospital, Northern Sydney Eye Hospital selected FYDO's fully integrated Patient Administration System and Preadmit Digital Portal to establish connected, efficient workflows from day one.
With FYDO and Preadmit, the hospital can streamline patient administration, digitise pre-admissions, reduce manual paperwork and improve the flow of information across the patient journey. This allows staff to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time focusing on delivering exceptional patient care.
