We are delighted to welcome the newly established Matrescence Birthing Centre to the Altura Health community, having chosen FYDO and Preadmit to support its operations from the outset.
Located in Southport on the Gold Coast, Matrescence offers a calm, nurturing environment for women and families throughout pregnancy, birth and the early weeks of parenthood.
The private birthing centre provides midwifery-led care with medical support, bringing together endorsed midwives, obstetricians, GPs and allied health professionals. Its approach centres on continuity of care, supporting women with a trusted team throughout their maternity journey.
Now live with FYDO, Altura Health’s Patient Administration System, and the Preadmit Digital Patient Portal, Matrescence is commencing with connected administration and pre-admission workflows.
Together, FYDO and Preadmit will help streamline patient administration, reduce manual data entry and allow women to complete their pre-admission information online, in their own time. This gives the team a strong foundation for managing admissions while supporting a smooth experience for women and families.
