Server Hardware Specifications

Basic Outline

eClaims and SimDay are both built using a FoxPro platform, which means it doesn’t use an SQL database. It uses its own propriety database.

eClaims/SimDay both are Windows desktop applications, which have a server client architecture. The software needs to be installed on both the server and all workstations that need access to eClaims/SimDay, however the database is stored on the server, no patient or important data is stored on the workstations. The only data stored on the workstations is local printer preferences.

Below are our recommended minimum specifications for a server and workstations.
